Purchase and Delivery Policy:

We are committed to delivering you high quality products and training in a timely manner. Physical products will be delivered within 14 working days unless a product is on backorder in which case we will inform you and let you know an expected delivery time.

Refund Policy

We offer a wide range of products and services.
Physical products: We offer a 30 Day 100% Refund Policy on all our physical products.
Simply return the product in the same condition as you received it for a prompt and courteous full refund of your money. Handling and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the items delivered were incorrect.
Please note – in the unlikely case where a refund is requested and granted 30 days or more after the purchase date, any costs and fees related to the specific purchase, such as commissions to affiliates, etc. will be deducted from the refund.
Services: Once a service has been provided there is no refund.

Training events: If an event is a general public event and a ticket has been purchased a refund may be issued prior to the event. In this case a $50 administration fee will be deducted from the ticket price.
If the event is a limited-number event, then no refund will be given as the purchase of a ticket secures your place over other customers who may then have missed out on attending, and we will not have the opportunity of filling that place.
If non-attendance occurs due to serious unavoidable consequences a place in the next event will be offered to you.
